Catering Assistant

We are currently looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated Catering Assistants / Kitchen Porters to join our team in the Kildare area. If you enjoy working as part of a team and are looking for an opportunity to gain experience in a catering environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Assisting with basic food preparation when required.
• Cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Managing kitchen waste and keeping work areas organised.
• Following food safety, health, and safety procedures.
• Supporting chefs and catering staff during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or catering experience is an advantage.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a good work ethic.
